
Home School Agreement
Parents/carers will:

Make sure that my child comes to school every day on time

Telephone school in the morning if they are absent

Inform school about any concerns or problems that might affect my child’s work or behaviour

Support my child with their home learning especially reading

Attend Parent/Teacher meeting which are held once a term to discuss my child’s progress

Support the school’s Positive Behaviour Policy and guidelines
-
Make sure my child does not wear jewellery at school which is unsafe for PE
-
Get to know about my child’s life at school.

School will:

Care for your child’s safety and well-being

Encourage your child to do his/her best at all times

Contact parents if there is a problem with punctuality, behaviour or attendance

Encourage your child to take care of their surroundings and other people.

Inform parents about your child’s progress

Provide a balanced curriculum to meet the individual needs of your child

Have high expectations of your child for their work and behaviour

Organise appropriate homework

Support your child in every way if they have Special Educational Needs

Have an ‘open door’ policy where parents and members of our school community feel welcome and valued.
